Competition Terms and Conditions 

1. Promoter 

The promoter is SOMA Personal Care Pty Ltd ABN 35 685 368 576, L1 / 669 -671 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ("Promoter"). 

2. Competition period 

The competition opens at 4pm AEST / 3:30PM ACST on 22 April 2026 and closes at 4pm AEST / 3:30pm ACST on 15 July 2026 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted. 

3. Eligibility 

The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older only. The following persons are not eligible to enter: 

  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members; 
  • Agencies, contractors and suppliers directly involved in the administration of this competition. 

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter. 

4. How to enter 

There are four separate entry streams. Entrants may enter via one or more streams, however each entrant may only win one prize in total across all streams. 

Stream 1 — Meta lead generation campaign: 

During the Competition Period, complete and submit the Meta Instant Lead Form by providing your full name, email address, mobile number and suburb/postcode. One (1) entry per person per stream. 

Stream 2 — Website newsletter sign-up: 

During the Competition Period, somapersonalcare.com, enter your first name and email address in the giveaway sign-up form and submit. One (1) entry per person per stream. 

Stream 3 — Instagram: 

During the Competition Period, on the Promoter's designated Instagram giveaway post: (a) follow the Promoter's Instagram account; (b) like the designated post; and (c) tag at least one (1) friend in the comments. Bonus entries may be awarded for sharing the post to your Instagram story and tagging the Promoter's account. One (1) base entry per person per stream. 

Stream 4 — TikTok: 

During the Competition Period, on the Promoter's designated TikTok giveaway post: (a) follow the Promoter's TikTok account; (b) like the designated post; and (c) tag at least one (1) friend in the comments. One (1) entry per person per stream. 

5. Prize pool 

The total prize pool consists of one hundred and eleven (111) prizes. Each prize comprises one (1) fragrance trio set containing three (3) x 15ml EDP bottles of Soma fragrance ("Trio Set"), delivered free of charge to an Australian address. The approximate retail value of each Trio Set is $90.00 AUD. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $9,990.00 AUD. 

Prizes are allocated across entry streams as follows: 

  • Stream 1 — Meta lead gen: 61 Trio Sets 
  • Stream 2 — Website newsletter: 22 Trio Sets 
  • Stream 3 — Instagram: 16 Trio Sets 
  • Stream 4 — TikTok: 12 Trio Sets 

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

6. Draw schedule 

Prizes will be drawn in three (3) rounds conducted electronically at L1/669-671 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn, Melbourne VIC: 

  • Draw 1: Friday May 22 at 3:30pm ACST / 4:00pm AEST approx approx. 37 winners drawn across all streams 
  • Draw 2 Monday June 22 at 3:30pm ACST / 4:00pm AEST approx. 37 winners drawn across all streams 
  • Draw 3 Wednesday July 22nd at 3:30pm ACST  / 4:00pm AEST 37 winners drawn across all streams 37 winners drawn across all streams 

Each valid entry in a given stream has a random and equal chance of being selected in that stream's draw. The Promoter reserves the right to draw reserve entries in the event a winner is ineligible or cannot be contacted. 

 

7. Winner notification and publication 

Winners will be notified in writing (by email and/or direct message) within five (5) business days of each draw date. As each individual Trio Set prize is valued at $90 AUD, below the $1,000 threshold under Victorian law, mandatory publication of individual winner names is not required. However, the Promoter will publish the number of winners and general location (suburb/state) on its website and/or social media within fourteen (14) days of each draw as a matter of good practice and transparency. 

8. Prize delivery 

Prizes will be dispatched to valid Australian addresses only within 28 days of each draw date. Winners will not be required to incur any cost to accept their prize (other than a trivial cost). The Promoter is not liable for prizes lost, damaged or delayed in transit once dispatched. 

9. Winner claim period and unclaimed prizes 

Winners must respond to the winner notification and provide a valid Australian delivery address within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fourteen (14) days, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and forfeited. Where a prize is unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted at 3:30pm (ACST) / 4:00pm AEST on the following dates, as applicable:

• 5 June 2026 (for the draw conducted on 22 May 2026)

• 6 July 2026 (for the draw conducted on 22 June 2026)

• 5 August 2026 (for the draw conducted on 22 July 2026)

Each redraw will take place electronically at L1/669–671 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122, Australia. The redraw winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the redraw and will be published  (if required) in accordance with applicable lottery laws and regulations.

10. Privacy 

Personal information collected through this competition is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at somapersonalcare.com. Information collected is used to administer the competition, notify winners and, where consent is given, for direct marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting contact@somapersonalcare.com. 

11. Marketing consent 

Entrants who provide consent via the entry form agree to receive promotional communications from the Promoter by email and/or SMS. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' in any communication, or by contacting contact@somapersonalcare.com. 

12. Conduct and disqualification 

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: 

  • Submits fraudulent, misleading or ineligible entries; 
  • Uses technical means (including bots or automated tools) to gain an unfair advantage; 
  • Engages in conduct that the Promoter reasonably considers inappropriate, offensive or harmful to the reputation of the promotion or the Promoter. 

The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

13. Permit 

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA) and Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA). South Australia Permit/Licence No. T26/691. The Promoter will comply with all applicable requirements of the relevant regulatory authority. 

14. Platform disclaimer 

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Pte. Ltd., or any other social media platform. Any questions or complaints relating to this promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to any platform. 

15. Governing law and regulatory compliance 

This competition is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic), the Gambling Regulations 2015 (Vic), the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA), and the Australian Consumer Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The Promoter's records relating to this competition will be kept for a minimum of three (3) years following finalisation of the competition. 

16. General 

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this competition in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory notification. Each entry must have a random and equal chance of being drawn. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions continue in full force and effect.
