Refund Policy
At SOMA Personal Care, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used or tested.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@somapersonalcare.com
To help us assess the issue quickly, please include:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may request that the item be returned to us for inspection.

Return Process
If a return is approved, products must be sent back to us at the customer’s expense unless otherwise advised.

Returned items must:
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Include proof of purchase
  • Not be intentionally damaged or misused
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If the product is deemed faulty or incorrect, we may offer:
  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent incorrectly.

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind purchases
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where products have a major failure or do not meet consumer guarantees.
